Twist on the Bubbly Bar

30 Oct

Here is a great twist on the traditional champagne or mimosa drink for your next social event. Instead of a plain mimosa or champagne toast, set up a Bubbly bar!! Start by putting different types of juices or puree into a holding carafe. Then add in a selection of fruit such as raspberries, peach slices, pear slices, or blueberries. Let guests mix their champagne on top and viola! a great new drink that they can experiment with throughout the party.
