The cuteness of these Bow Tie bobby pins from Freena definately speak for themselves. I love the idea of using them for flower girls or even bridesmaids if you are planning on having a casually styled wedding. Try putting them on the side of a braid or even pinned up against a low updo for a cute unexpected touch. Enjoy!

DIY Coffee Favors

10 Feb

I heart coffee and have missed it profusely during my pregnancy!! These coffee favors from Miss Alyssa are a great idea for hotel welcome bags or for the reception. Below find the tutorial we were able to pull from their great site!!

For starters you will need

1. Muslin Bags, they used a 4×6 bag which holds 1 cup of coffee 2. Stamp with your monogram or design of choice- use your imagination as anything will work! 3. Coffee Beans 4. Stamp Pad in your wedding colors

Next use your stamps to decorate the outside of the bag. If you use a word/number stamp like the one in the above demo photo- go through and do each section seperately. For example- stamp all the bags with your name first then go back and stamp your fiance’s name next. This will keep with consistancy and also make the process work faster.

After all of your stamping is finished and the ink is dry, fill the bags with coffee beans. Section out about a cup per bag and use a funnel for easier pouring.

Tie off the ends of the bag and your done!!
